Rabbit Lane truffles are made by me in the old European tradition – hand rolled, to seal the chocolate ganache center in a very thin coating of pure chocolate. The chocolate I use has a very high, natural quantity of cocoa butter.
It produces an amazingly smooth mouth-watering truffle with a unique appearance, significantly differing from molded or mass produced chocolates. Please enjoy my site and my truffles and chocolates, too!
