The Classic Dark truffle center is a ganache using only a delicate blend of milk and extra bittersweet chocolate with heavy whipping cream. The center is then hand rolled in extra bittersweet Lindt couverture. This ganache center has an increased percentage of extra bittersweet compared to the Classic Dark truffle. It is hand rolled in extra bittersweet and decorated with chopped extra bittersweet - For the dark chocolate lover!

For the darkest chocolate lover, this truffle has a ganache center of only whipping cream and extra bittersweet couverture chocolate. The center is then hand rolled in more extra bittersweet and tossed in premium natural unsweetened cocoa. The Champagne truffle is the Classic ganache with V.S.O.P. cognac and champagne oil, hand rolled in extra bittersweet and sprinkled with chopped pure white chocolate. (Special order available: Hand rolled in white chocolate)

The Grand Marnier Truffle is the Classic ganache with Grand Marnier liquer and natural orange oil, hand rolled in dark chocolate and decorated using a gold checkerboard cocoa butter transfer. The Coconut Truffle is a white chocolate ganache using only white chocolate, unsweetened coconut and whipping cream. The truffle is then hand rolled in dark and decorated using a white polka dot cocoa butter transfer.
