I was honored to be asked to be a part of the Media Night event preceding the Super Bowl. I had hundreds of truffles flying off the trays and many repeat "customers". Afterwards, a gentleman from Denver called me and placed a large order for truffles... It was a fun night indeed!

I was then invited to a pre Valentine's Day truffle-making demonstration at Fox 2 News here in Detroit. The co-anchors and I had a lot of fun dipping the ganache in chocolate and rolling it into truffles and well as dipping the caramelized Australian ginger into the rich dark chocolate.
